Abstract Submission

For POSTER sessions poster size - A0 vertical.

Abstract submission deadline is extended until March 15, 2019.
Notification of acceptance will be sent to all authors on April 05, 2019.

To submit your abstract:
Register online
Go to the "Abstract Submission" section, complete the necessary fields and check your abstract ("Preview").  
You can update your abstract if needed until the deadline date. The Program Committee will start the abstracts review on February 28.

Abstract Requirements:
Abstract must be written in English (UK).
Abstract must not exceed 1 (one) A4 page including the header, output data of the authors and references.

Pay attention:
Abstract Text Field is not a formula editor, it's an input field where you place your abstract through copy/paste from MS Word, Open Office or Pages.
You can insert formulas containing only superscripts or subscripts, special characters, letters of the Greek alphabet. Inserting complex mathematical formulas is impossible. 
You can insert images using the Insert Image button. If you need to insert a complex formula that is not supported by the abstract submission system, you can do this by inserting the formula like the regular image format.

An abstract should not exceed one A4 page size. It may include both text and image. If you have uploaded the image and it disappeared in Preview, this means that there is no room for it at the page. In this case please shorten your abstract text or delete the image.

The preview is available. Preview file is saved automatically.


Please carefully check the preview file (pdf) so that all characters are displayed correctly. In case of an error, contact the manager This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please note that only one abstract can be submitted at your registration account!
In exceptional cases, If you want to submit the second abstract to present another paper, you should create another account with your name but with different email address in the registration data.
