Hotel Accommodation

July in Saint Petersburg is a period of white nights (very high tourist season). This makes it one of the most popular time of the year for visitors, so you need to make sure you book well in advance!
The list of hotels suggested for booking via our website includes Holiday Inn St. Petersburg-Moskovskye Vorota, Park Inn by Radisson Pulkovskaya, CITYTEL Oktiabrskaya Hotel, Martin, Rossiya, U Fontana.  

Booking

Booking Accommodation To make your hotel reservation and prepayment you should first register. Enter your account using your login and password, click "Accommodation" and fill in necessary booking fields.
The period of guaranteed reservation is June 30 – July 06, 2019. If you want to book the hotel for earlier or later dates please contact the conference manager.              

Your booking should be made and paid in full in advance before May 15, 2019 in order to guarantee accommodation!

Check in time is 14:00. Check out time is 12:00.
If you want to check in before 14:00 (from 00:00) you should pay extra price of one night stay in the hotel.
If you want to stay for a few hours after check out time (till 00:00) you should pay extra price of one night stay in the hotel.
A small registration fee (200-300 RUB) will be imposed at the hotel reception-desk for the foreign citizens registration.

Cancellation Terms

For hotel booking cancellations received until May 15, 2019 the sum of payment will be refunded completely, minus banking costs.
If cancellation is made after May 15, 2019 and until May 31, 2019 the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be charged. The rest of the payment will be reimbursed.
If cancellation is made after June 01, 2019 and in case of the no-show the penalty is 100% payment for the whole period of reservation.
